Floating Communities

The Floating Communities project explores the connections between the landscape of Trenčín and the historical and mythical stories associated with its flora and fauna. The project aims to breathe life into these stories by translating their content into workshops, an exhibition and performances, which will culminate in 2026. The project will promote dialogue on environmental issues and encourage the rediscovery of forgotten myths and stories among the people of Trenčín. Floating Communities is a project by Danish artist Maj Horn, curated by Lydia Pribišová. Veronika Marek Markovičová is mediator of the project.
