“Green Stretching” is a gentle yet effective physical activity for anyone seeking regeneration and inner balance. Stretching is well-known for its health benefits – and practicing it outdoors, surrounded by breathtaking views, enhances the effect. During the session, the body gains strength and flexibility, while the mind relaxes.
You’ll experience a series of exercises that strengthen the spine, relieve the neck, and promote joint and bone flexibility. Gentle forward bends, arm stretches – all using a tree as support. Contact with the tree trunk – by touch or leaning your back – provides not only physical stability but also mental calm and inner peace.
The activity will be guided by Ewa Zurakowska.
Ewa Zurakowska (PL) – a Polish multidisciplinary artist – singer, actress, collector of traditional songs, and creator of nature-inspired events and experiences focused on relaxation, meditation, sound bath, and more. She created the concept of Tree Yoga and is actively involved in activities that develop body and spirit through nature-based practices.
