Where: Kúpele Nimnica https://maps.app.goo.gl/LVxoibmLcqhPbzq48
Pool at the Balnea Grand building
Activity will be in Czech language.
Imagine a pool where, instead of splashing, voices resonate. Voice as water, water as instrument. Come try sound relaxation in a unique interpretation by Polish artist Ewa Zurakowska.
Sound therapy in the pool
The practical part will consist of simple voice-based exercises that help release the body and naturally open the voice. It starts with simple listening to the voice and singing vowels “a”, “e”, “o”. Thanks to the long resonance of the water, you will feel the vibrations of your voice more intensely. Water amplifies and softens the voice, which brings flow, spaciousness, and joy.
At the end, a collective water concert will emerge, belonging not only to the ears, but also to the body and soul.
Sound relaxation in the rest area
After the intense singing experience in the pool, there follows a moment for relaxation and integration of the experiences. This activity is based on the art of listening and mutuality.
Each tone is an invitation to peace. Every voice heals. The result is not just rest, but deeper grounding, rooting, and the sound poetry of the moment.
