Neighbourhood Knitting lll.

Neighborhood Knitting Circle continues! This time, with crochet hooks and knitting needles, we’re creating shade structures to help cool the city, one row at a time. Together with our instructors from Neboj sa remesla, we meet every Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at LUMÓ Hub (the white container opposite the synagogue, on the square by the Water Sprite).

Going on holiday next week? No problem! You can join at any point throughout the summer. Every knitted row helps!

We will provide all the knitting materials, including yarn, crochet hooks, and knitting needles. All you need is the willingness to knit, meet people, and be part of our team. We’re looking not only for knitting champions but also for complete beginners. Our instructors will be happy to show you how to hold the crochet hook and knitting needles and teach you how to get started.

📢 ATTENTION 📢 We are (again) collecting unused yarn and scarves.

If you have unused balls of yarn or scarves at home that haven’t been worn for a very long time, bring them to us. We’ll use them for our project. We welcome yarn and scarves in any colour except black.

You can donate yarn and scarves every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at LUMÓ Hub (the white container opposite the synagogue) or directly at our knitting sessions on Thursdays from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
