We invite you to the February Cultural Community Meeting, which will take place on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 17:00 to 19:00 at the KKC Hviezda Gallery in Trenčín. The main topic will be grant programs aimed at supporting culture within the city of Trenčín and the Trenčín region.
As the European Capital of Culture 2026, Trenčín offers a unique opportunity to support local cultural projects, creative industries, and activities that enrich life in the city and the region.
At the meeting, you will learn:
- The purpose of the grant program.
- Who is eligible for the grants.
- How to apply and get involved.
- Key dates for the announcement and closure of calls.
- Where to seek advice and consultations.
Admission to the event is free, but space is limited to 50 participants, so prior registration via the registration form is required. The meeting will also be live-streamed and available for later viewing.

The Cultural Community Meetings of the Trenčín Region serve as a platform for connecting the cultural community across the region. They provide a space for discussions on how to improve conditions for culture and the creative industry, as well as on the opportunities and challenges brought by the European Capital of Culture Trenčín 2026 project.
