The young ensemble LECHA DODI brings a unique opportunity to experience the rich harmonies of traditional Jewish music in Slovakia. The authentic atmosphere is enhanced by original Hebrew lyrics performed by the captivating vocalist Katarína Šillerová.
Her expressive singing is accompanied by an outstanding group of musicians: Karol Kompas (guitar), Roman Stražanec (cello, bass guitar), and Matej Borovský (drums and percussion). Together, they take the audience on an emotional journey through a wide spectrum of moods and feelings. The concert programme features traditional songs associated with the major holidays of the Jewish calendar, including Shabbat, Passover, Hanukkah, Purim, Rosh Hashanah, and more.

Katarína Šillerová is a professional singer-songwriter who has been creating original music since 2012. She has released three albums and performed extensively on stages in Slovakia and abroad. Her work blends music with spirituality, combining delicacy with emotional intensity.
Matej Borovský (percussion, drums) is a distinctive figure on the young Slovak music scene. Through collaborations with projects such as Dis is Markéta and Dušan Havrilla, he creates rich rhythmic textures and captivates audiences with his musical sensitivity.
Roman Stražanec (cello, bass guitar) performs in a variety of cross-genre projects while also pursuing his own original work. His playing is characterized by intimacy, a contemporary approach, and refined sound, adding a unique dimension to every performance.
Karol Kompas is a guitarist known for his attention to detail and tonal colour. His musical background spans classical music, musical theatre, Argentine tango, and jazz. He is also active as a composer and arranger. His lyrical yet dynamic guitar playing brings both harmonic depth and vibrant energy, perfectly complementing the vocals and the overall character of the music.
