This training is intended for volunteers and DOBROleaders who want to learn how to communicate accessibly, provide guidance, and support visitors with disabilities — people using wheelchairs, people who are blind or visually impaired, deaf or hard of hearing, or people with other limitations.
You will learn how to respond with respect, empathy, and confidence, how to remove barriers both in physical spaces and in mindsets, and how to be part of a culture that is truly for everyone.
The training is part of building and educating the volunteer community within the Trenčín 2026 – European Capital of Culture programme.
The event is closed and intended exclusively for current volunteers participating in the Trenčín 2026 programme.
