Come and say goodbye to the exhibition Hospital for Mermaids by Norwegian artist Marit Benthe Norheim, which over the past few weeks has been accompanied by the magical music of Tonje T.S. Norheim, an open studio, and workshops exploring mythology and symbolism.
The exhibition transformed during the month-long residency — it evolved, and in the GMAB grew the Castle of Souls — a new artwork inspired by Slovak stories and fairy tales, created and reshaped on-site thanks to many discussions with visitors and curious people.
The finissage offers a final chance to experience this unique world of mermaids, bronze, and imagination – to meet the artist in person in her workspace and see the works created during the workshops.
