As part of the accompanying programme to the exhibition Heritage Protection and Modern Architecture of the Trenčín Region: Current State and Challenges, organised by the Centre for Architecture Trenčín, we invite you to a lecture titled 17 Years of Modern Architecture Landmarks in the City of Považská Bystrica. The lecture will be delivered by architect and employee of the Regional Monuments Board in Trenčín, Ing. arch. Marek Turošík, ArtD. He has long been engaged with the architecture of Považská Bystrica, also from the perspective of heritage conservation. A study under the same title as the lecture will be one of the contributions to the upcoming publication by the Centre for Architecture Trenčín.
The lecture will take place at the M. A. Bazovský Gallery in Trenčín on 15 April 2026 at 17:00.
