We invite you to the presentation of the first publication produced by the Trenčín Architecture Centre, offering a broad perspective on the protection of 20th-century architectural heritage.
The publication explores the functioning of institutional heritage protection, its historical foundations, practical application, and the challenges it may face in the future. Through texts by individual authors and author teams, it presents a diverse range of topics and examples from different locations across the Trenčín Region.
Together, these contributions create space for discussion about what we protect today, why and how we protect it, and what value 20th-century architectural heritage holds for future generations.
