DOBRO Leaders Training
An interactive workshop focused on developing the skills needed to lead a volunteer team or programme – effective communication, task distribution, basic administration, handling unexpected situations, and supporting less experienced volunteers. Participants will gain practical tools that can be used not only in volunteering, but also in personal and professional life.
This training is part of building and educating the volunteer community within the Trenčín 2026 – European Capital of Culture programme.
