Final meeting of the cycle “Community Leader and Their Personality”
Working with people is an essential part of being a leader. Communication, handling difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, and motivation are all key skills. Community leaders regularly encounter situations where they need to rely on these abilities. Within their teams, they must clearly explain their ideas, listen carefully, and understand the needs of others. During events, they often have to manage challenging participants, children, or parents.
During our three sessions focused on the leader’s personality, we will discuss various real-life situations and explore how to handle them through a better understanding of the different personality types we all represent.
After completing these sessions, you will:

Better understand yourself (what you are like and how others perceive you)

Better understand others (learn to recognize different behaviors and how to respond to people’s needs)

Learn how to adapt your communication style and build connections to co-create better results
