Working with people is an essential part of being a leader. Communication, handling difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, motivation – all of these are key skills. Community leaders also encounter situations where they need to apply them. Within their teams and collaborations, they need to clearly communicate their ideas, listen and understand others’ needs, and manage challenging participants, children, or their parents during events.
During our three sessions focused on the personality of a leader, we will explore different situations and how to handle them through a better understanding of the diversity of personalities.
After completing these sessions, you will:

Better understand yourself (who you are and how others perceive you)

Better understand others (learn to recognize different behaviours and how to respond to their needs)

Learn how to adapt your communication and build connections to achieve better outcomes together

Learn how to strengthen trust within a team and in interpersonal relationships
