Project Management for Small Initiatives
At the second meeting of our series of educational and networking events, we will focus on how to turn an idea into a concrete project.
We will talk about the basics of project planning, creating mind maps and a simple budget, identifying the stakeholder groups of your project and how they can influence it.
We will approach the whole topic very practically – we will work with your ideas and look for intersections with the other participants. The projects you start developing here will connect to the themes of our upcoming sessions. (However, having a specific project is not a requirement for registration.)
