🌳 Garáž is coming back to Trenčín, this time returning to M. R. Štefánik Park. As part of its 5th edition—regularly held in collaboration with the Pohoda festival—it will bring 3 days of concerts from the upcoming generation of bands from all over Slovakia. The performing bands were selected from 197 applicants by a professional jury.

🚀 The aim of the Garáž project is to give bands a chance to shine. In the music industry, this kind of event is known as a showcase festival—which means that in addition to the general public, we also invite professionals from the music business. They can hear the bands live, invite them to play at their club or festival, or offer them a collaboration for an album release.
📚 Besides their own concerts, bands will also have the opportunity to improve their skills through an educational block taking place in September. Various topics related to the music industry will be led by professional lecturers. This year, one band will even get the chance to record their own EP in a professional studio.
🤝 Garáž is a joint project of the Pohoda festival and Trenčín 2026. Trenčín 2026 is financially supported by the City of Trenčín, the Trenčín Self-Governing Region, and the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic. The European Union is a partner of the project.
