Community is the foundation of every successful organisation. During this workshop, we will explore how to build authentic relationships with your supporters, volunteers, and target audience.
We will focus on creating lasting connections and turning one-time participants into loyal ambassadors of your mission.
The workshop will be led by Martin Buňo from OZ Bystriny – an organisation that has long been connecting, supporting, and developing community initiatives and active people across regions in Slovakia. Bystriny are behind numerous projects, help network communities, and provide practical tools for their development and sustainability.
After completing the workshop, you will:
- better understand how to work with your community
- gain tips on building long-term relationships with people
- take away inspiration for your own activities
