Gastronomic Degustories combine a sensory tasting experience with a deeper exploration of the origin, meaning, and future of food. The project presents gastronomy as an art form, a cultural dialogue, and the result of sustainably cultivated ingredients. Through tastings, workshops, and creative formats, it offers new flavors, new techniques, and a new way of thinking about food – with respect for people, the land, and the environment. Design plays a significant role throughout the entire project.
The aim of the project is to bring an extraordinary yet comprehensive perspective on gastronomy, to connect diverse communities at one shared long table, to explore more deeply the origins of the flavors of Trenčín and its region, and at the same time to create space for new international gastronomic influences.
And as the name itself suggests, the project brings stories – of history, flavors, people, places, and the future.
