Second Meeting of the “Community Leader and Their Personality” Series
Working with people is an essential part of being a leader. Communication, handling challenging conversations, giving and receiving feedback, motivation — all of these skills are needed in the role of a community leader. Within the team they collaborate with to deliver projects, a leader needs to clearly explain their ideas, know how to listen and understand the needs of others, and manage demanding participants, children, or parents directly at events.
During our three sessions focused on the personality of a leader, we will discuss various situations and how to handle them through understanding the different personality types we all have.
After completing these sessions, you will:

Better understand yourself (what you are like and how others perceive you)

Better understand others (learn to recognize different behaviors and how to respond to people’s needs)

Learn how to adapt your communication style and build connections to better co-create results

Strengthen trust within a team and in interpersonal relationships
