The main outcome of the Modernism 2.0 project is an exhibition in the form of a temporary pavilion that serves as a platform for presenting the speculative outputs of artistic residencies, as well as contributions from symposium and conference participants. The pavilion will incorporate technical replicas and prototypes of architectural details from the Machnáč Health Resort House in Trenčianske Teplice, including selected fragments reproduced at a 1:1 scale. Composed of these individual fragments, the pavilion will be installed in front of the ODA building.
The exhibition introduces both the international professional community and the local public, as well as visitors to the city, to the unique technical solutions and architectural features of the Machnáč Health Resort House in Trenčianske Teplice. For the first time ever, the composition system of the distinctive KRAUS window, originally designed for the Machnáč building, will be publicly presented outside the site itself. The exhibition aims to highlight its exceptional innovative potential and its significance within the broader context of modern architectural heritage.
