How to Work with Your Community – Part II
Community is the foundation of every successful organization. In this workshop, we will explore how to build authentic relationships with your supporters, volunteers, and target audience.
We will focus on creating lasting connections and turning one-time participants into loyal ambassadors of your mission.
The workshop will be led by Martin Buňo from Bystriny, a Slovak non-profit organization that has long been connecting, supporting, and developing community initiatives and active citizens across regions. Bystriny is behind numerous projects, networks communities, and provides practical tools for their development and sustainability.
After completing the workshop, you will:
- gain a better understanding of how to work with your community,
- receive practical tips on building long-term relationships with people,
- take away inspiration for your own activities.
