November at LUMó HUB will bring regular sewing and repair workshops, an upcycling workshop, and the exhibition From Fibre to Garment and Back, offering visitors an insight into the life cycle of clothing and LUMó’s two years of activities in Trenčín. The exhibition will be open from 15 November, with its official opening taking place during the closing weekend of Trenčín 2026. The weekend will also feature a fashion show presenting a collection created in collaboration with the Opletačky community, a guided tour of the exhibition, and accompanying activities focused on materials, craftsmanship and textile reuse.

Description:
A space for minor clothing repairs and alterations with the help of an experienced seamstress. Bring clothes that need shortening, mending, a zip or button replacement, or other simple alterations. Each repair will be assessed individually by the seamstress.
Repairs are free of charge.
