Vesnu is a DJ and promoter who for over 14 years has been turning Bratislava nights into islands of freedom. He is the founder of Teplárňa, a celebration of people and their diversity, and has also been behind events such as Homomat, Shame and many others, creating them as safe havens for the queer community. He sees parties as a precious space where he can meet people when they are truly themselves. In his sets he not only connects genres like house, disco and techno, but strives above all to help people on the dancefloor find their way back to themselves. He loves things in motion, sexy groove, lightness and playfulness. He has played at most Slovak clubs and at festivals including Pohoda, Grape and Sziget, and has performed at clubs in Berlin, London and Prague.
