An interactive workshop focused on developing the skills needed to lead a volunteer team or program – effective communication, task delegation, basic administration, handling unexpected situations, and supporting less experienced volunteers.
Participants will gain practical tools they can apply not only in volunteering but also in their personal and professional lives.

Workshop DOBROleaders IV builds on the previous session and is part of a series of training activities that will continue regularly several times a year. The goal is to support personal growth and strengthen leadership skills among volunteers in the long term.
