Over the weekend of 22 and 23 August, Trenčianske Teplice will host the Artist’s Mission 2026 event. The programme will include a ceremonial presentation of awards to distinguished personalities on the Bridge of Fame, a one-man show by Vladimír Hron, and an evening open-air cinema screening in the Spa Park.
Distinguished personalities to receive the Artist’s Mission Award 2026 on the Bridge of Fame
The Artist’s Mission programme will begin on Saturday, 22 August at 3:30 PM, when Petr Janda will receive his award on the Bridge of Fame, followed by Emil Horváth at 4:00 PM.
The award ceremony will continue on Sunday, 23 August at 4:00 PM on the Bridge of Fame. This time, Marie Rottrová will receive the Artist’s Mission Award 2026, followed by Peter Hledík at 4:30 PM.
Sunday programme to bring humour and open-air cinema
The Sunday programme will continue at 6:00 PM on Kúpeľné námestie, where Vladimír Hron will present his one-man show.
The programme will culminate at 8:00 PM with an open-air cinema screening in the Spa Park, featuring the film Django. Audiences will be able to enjoy an evening of cinema in the unique atmosphere of the spa park under the open sky.
Over the course of two days, Artist’s Mission 2026 will combine the recognition of distinguished personalities with a cultural programme for visitors to Trenčianske Teplice and the general public.
