A selection of artworks from the White Night festival (Biela noc) is coming to Prievidza! Artworks that visitors experienced at one of Slovakia’s largest contemporary art festivals will now be showcased right in the Píly housing estate in Prievidza.
When darkness falls, Prievidza will light up with art. Introducing NOX – a new international festival of light and contemporary art.
For two evenings, we’ll transform the Píly housing estate into an open-air gallery. You can look forward to nearly 20 artworks in public spaces, light and digital installations, works by international, Slovak and regional artists, a selection of artworks from the White Night festival, and much more.
Art that won’t be hidden behind gallery walls, but right where you might least expect it.
Something familiar. Something surprising. And perhaps something you’ve never seen before.
This October, we’re not just lighting up Píly. We’re shining a light on what’s worth seeing.
