You walk through the darkness and cold, not knowing where you’re going, but following the scent of punch and the promise of an unknown adventure. You spot a light, getting closer and closer. You step inside and are surrounded by warmth and the magical atmosphere of stories. Young and old, people of all kinds, embark together on a journey to discover the diversity of worlds and the power of storytelling. How it ends is entirely up to you…
Seven storytellers. Seven stories. Seven different ways of telling a story, joined by other artists who don’t tell stories but create them in the moment or transform them into tangible forms.
STORYTELLING is an evening when we let ourselves be drawn into a world of funny, unusual, perhaps moving or completely unexpected stories. Each storyteller and artist will bring their own story, and together they will offer a glimpse into just how diverse storytelling can be, how many different forms it can take, and how much a story can bring, evoke, connect and convey.
Stories are meant to be told, but even more importantly, they are meant to be heard.
Come and enjoy a cup of punch, warm yourself with stories and discover what can happen when the storytelling begins.
