Mushroom season is slowly starting again, and we’ve prepared another interesting cultural and educational event for you — on October 31 at 5:30 p.m. in KC Panorex, Nová Dubnica.
The founder of the mushroom farm Drž hubu o.z., Veronika Cyprichová, will talk not only about edible, medicinal, and protected mushrooms, but we’ll also learn more about their role in the ecosystem and about the use of mushroom mycelium in the production of biodegradable materials.

Since the event happens to fall on Halloween, we also won’t skip the fascinating topic of zombie fungi — those capable of infecting, for example, ants and taking control of their behavior (fans of The Last of Us will know what this is about).
