Composer: Jiří Miroslav Procházka
The Trenčín City Chamber Orchestra presents an original dramatic cantata composed exclusively for the year in which Trenčín became the European Capital of Culture 2026.
Contemporary Czech composer Jiří Miroslav Procházka has brought together three legends of Trenčín in a single work in which none of the characters is the main protagonist – the true protagonist is the city itself and its memory.
Music, spoken word and stories hidden in the depths of Trenčín come together to create a unique evening that connects history with the present day.
