During the closing weekend of Trenčín 2026, the M. A. Bazovský Gallery invites you to visit four exhibitions free of charge. The photography exhibition Feeling the Brutal by Olja Triaška Stefanović and Viera Levitt offers a fresh perspective on Brutalist architecture in the Trenčín Region and abroad. Juraj Hubinský’s Flaneurica Urbanea explores the relationship between painting, architecture, and the urban environment. Between Tradition and Standardisation presents post-war housing construction of the 1950s, while a small permanent exhibition dedicated to Miloš Alexander Bazovský showcases the work of this important figure of Slovak modern art. Admission is free.
