At this sewing workshop, we will make a Jiffy top together – a simple yet stylish garment that can be tied around the waist at either the front or the back. We will use fabrics that have been stored at Fabrika 61 and were once used in shoe production. This time, however, we will give them a new purpose. We will select fabrics suitable for clothing and breathe new life into them together. ✂️
The workshop is free of charge and suitable for beginners. You can take your finished piece home for a voluntary contribution or donate it to Fabrika 61.
What to expect:
- introduction to the basics of sewing,
- a selection of unique fabrics directly from Fabrika 61,
- preparing the pattern,
- making your own Jiffy top.
