Interactive workshop focused on developing the skills needed to lead a volunteer team or program – effective communication, task delegation, basic administration, handling unexpected situations, and supporting less experienced volunteers. Participants will acquire practical tools that can be applied not only in volunteering but also in their personal and professional lives.

The event is part of building and educating the volunteer community within the Trenčín 2026 – European Capital of Culture program. The DOBRO Leaders II. workshop follows the first session and is part of a series of educational activities that will take place regularly several times a year as part of the program. The goal is to provide long-term support for personal growth and to strengthen the leadership skills of volunteers.
